Robert D. “Bob” Gilbert, founder and managing partner of Gilbert Litigators & Counselors, is an accomplished trial lawyer who has successfully represented several Fortune 100 and multinational corporations for over 30 years. His litigation style has been described by The Legal 500 as "creative, thorough and aggressive” and he has repeatedly been selected as a "New York Super Lawyer” for commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. 

 

Prior to founding Gilbert Litigators, Bob was a litigation partner at major global law firms, including Mayer Brown and Dentons. His clients have included Samsung, General Electric, Hyundai Heavy Industries and GlaxoSmithKline. He is also the chairman and chief executive officer of VGL Capital, LLC.
