Gilbert Litigators & Counselors was founded by Robert D. “Bob” Gilbert. Soon after the firm's founding, Elpidio "PD" Villarreal joined as a partner. Both Bob and PD are graduates of Yale Law School. The firm and its co-lead counsel represent more than 200,000 plaintiffs.
